From the residents only section there is a link to a community bulletin board, where you can post comments, advice and issues which you would like to discuss or get help on, e.g. ever tried to find a good cleaner? finding it difficult to get a reliable baby sitter? what's the best takeaway in the area? etc.

Well they do say that the best advice is word-of-mouth so ask the other residents and they may have some good recommendations and may put you in touch with someone or something that you need...
